Test results will be available to customers the day following their test. Boots Ireland is the first pharmacy group to offer COVID-19 testing in Ireland. Initially the testing service will be available in seven stores with plans to roll out to further stores across Ireland after demand is assessed. From tomorrow, December 4th, the following Boots stores will offer the testing service:  Letterkenny Retail Park, Co. Donegal, Gateway Shopping Park, Knocknacarra, Co. Galway, Half Moon St, Co. Cork, Naas Monread Shopping Centre, Co. Kildare, Dawson St, Dublin 2, Church Street, Tullamore, Co. Offaly and Ashbourne Town Centre, Co. Meath. Pic. Robbie Reynolds

Boots has today been announced as the most reputable pharmacy in Ireland according to the 2022 Ireland RepTrak® study. The company placed fourth out of a total of 100 companies on the RepTrak® leader board.

Now in its thirteenth year, the Ireland RepTrak® study is the gold standard for measuring reputation in Ireland. Based on the perceptions of over 7,000 members of the public who completed the survey in Q1 2022, the survey measures the level of trust, respect, admiration and esteem the public has for 100 of the largest, most familiar, and most important organisations in Ireland, along with close to 100 other reputation, brand and CSR indicators.

Caoimhe McAuley, MPSI, Director of Pharmacy and Superintendent Pharmacist at Boots Ireland commented: “Boots Ireland has today been named as the most reputable pharmacy in the country by the 2022 Ireland RepTrak® study. As an organisation, we are extremely proud of this achievement. This recognition shows the level of trust the Irish public holds in Boots Ireland and is testament to the commitment of our wider team across the country who enable us to offer the very best in customer and patient care in the local communities we serve.

At Boots Ireland we are committed to helping our customers look and feel their best. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer and patient care, being the first choice for pharmacy and healthcare and offering innovative products and services.”
