Boots Ireland
During the last 12 months, the Boots team have focused on the basic principles of retailing, by ensuring, first and foremost that accessibility to their stores was sustained in a safe and hygienic way for customers, whilst adhering to government guidance. During May 2021 they took another step towards improving their customer experience by launching OTC medicines for sale, online. Inclusion of OTC medicines onto their online platform was extremely well received by customers, especially those most vulnerable whereby they could shop the range of OTC medicines from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
