The award was given to us at a special event at the Stella Cinema in Rathmines. The Importance of the Award Winning this award means a lot to us. As our Managing Director John Keane puts it: “This award helps us understand what our team members and customers are going through. It’s about being there for them in more ways than one.”
Being Recognised Amongst Larger Companies It’s a big deal for us to be named alongside well-known companies like Bank of Ireland and LIDL. Our COO Gillian Ryan said, “This award shows that even a smaller business can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.”
Our Next Steps
Receiving this award is a great starting point, but it’s not the end. “We see this as the beginning of a longer journey. We have more plans to improve and grow, and we are excited to take those steps,” says John Keane.
