An initiative by Croí, the heart and stroke charity, aimed at promoting optimal cardiovascular health across the ‘third age’ – 55 years and older – is putting a spotlight on age-related cardiovascular disease (CVD) conditions which, if detected early and optimally-treated, can enhance healthy ageing and quality of life.
