Colic Causing Distress for Baby, Mum and Dad? Kolicare is Clinically Proven to Reduce Colic and Crying Time!

Colic is a common problem that affects 1 in 5 babies in Ireland! Colic can be distressing not only for baby but for parents too. KoliCare is a 100% natural food supplement that is clinically proven to reduce episodes of colic and daily crying time in 90% of babies.

KoliCare, which is part of the MyPro Family; an Irish brand based in Mullingar, contains two strains of probiotic; one which is found naturally in breast milk and one that is found in the gut of a healthy baby. When babies are born their digestive systems are immature as they adjust to life outside of the womb and KoliCare helps top up the good bacteria to help their system mature naturally and safely so that they can pass wind without discomfort.

A study was undertaken in September 2021 to investigate the impact of taking orally administered KoliCare with 112 exclusively breastfed or mixed fed infants. It found that after just 21 days of taking the supplement infants were displaying shorter crying or fussing time and fewer episodes of crying or fussing.

This research also showed that KoliCare offers results with both a short-term as well as long-term effect:

  • After just 1 week, the probiotic formula significantly reduces daily crying time and the number of crying episodes making it one of the fastest treatments for colic on the market
  • After 21 days, 90% of babies taking KoliCare achieve a reduction in crying time equal to or higher than 50%

KoliCare is very easy to use by administrating 5 drops directly into babies’ mouth just once a day before or after their first meal. Alternatively, it can also be added to baby’s formula or applied to the nipple directly if breastfeeding.

Speaking about KoliCare, Lynda Quigley, Paediatric Nurse and Mum, commented, “If you are a parent who’s baby is suffering from colic, you know how stressful it is! Not just for your baby, that is suffering, but for the family unit too. Kolicare, I highly recommend to help. A simple once a day dosing, of 5 drops, directly into your baby’s mouth, allows it to get to work for the day, with easing both your baby’s colic symptoms and promoting a healthy gut leaving your little one more content and less uncomfortable.”

MyPro KoliCare is suitable from birth for both formula and breastfed babies. It is lactose free, gluten free, sugar, alcohol and colourant free, 100% natural and developed from 100% organic strains. KoliCare is priced at just €14.95and is available in pharmacies across the country now. For further details log onto www.mypro-biotics.ie.
