Are Viruses the Underlying Cause of Chronic Fatigue?

In recent years, there has been a lot of focus on the delayed effects – or sequelae – of viruses. This has led scientists to come forward with theories suggesting that different types of seasonal viruses can trigger conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome or ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis). If this is the case it makes perfect sense to look closer at co-enzyme Q10 and its role in the energy-producing mitochondria.
