The Cara Bundoran Challenge turns 10 next year. Over the past 9 years, Cara and the Community have raised over €145,000 for various charities – this year’s charities included Epilepsy Ireland, Cancer Care West and Make A Wish.

The run which takes place around the first weekend in March has over 2,500 participants, these participants take part in various distances across the weekend, 10 miles, 10km or 5km.

Applications for beneficiaries are accepted from November and announced in January.

This year Cara Pharmacy are adding a 20km run to their line up of events and they hope to make it bigger and better!!
